This organic cava, cheerful and unpretentious is clean, fresh, dynamic and full of fruit (PEAR, Apple). It presents abundant fine bubbles rising in thin lines but without forming Crown. Straw yellow with Golden reflections. Nose fruity, herbaceous, citrus as a wet grass notes give a pleasant aroma. Slightly bitter but with very good acidity
