Príncipe de Viana Oneca

Príncipe de Viana Oneca is a white wine made with the Oneca grape variety, the native grape of Navarre recovered from extinction, extraordinarily unique both for its history and its oenological value. Its origin dates back to a 1940 vineyard in Bargota where it remained unnoticed for decades until it was identified within the Cepas Singulares de Navarra project.

Aged on its lees for 2 months in French oak barrels.

Colour: Pale yellow with greenish reflections, bright and attractive.

Nose: Initially, its citrus aromas such as lime stand out, with notes of green apple accompanied by subtle balsamic aromas.

Mouth: Its fresh and balanced entrance stands out. Excellent acidity, good body and fruit persistence.

Seafood, marinated fish, grilled, pasta vegetables,

rice-based dishes.
