Ponce White wine
Ponce is a white wine from the D.O. Manchuela, produced by Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce. This winery is located in the municipality of Iniesta to the southeast of Cuenca, in the extreme east of Castilla La Mancha.
The winery is the result of a family project headed by Juan Antonio Ponce, whose main purpose is to publicize the virtues of the varieties originating from Manchuela: the Bobal, the Moravia Agria and the Albilla; Very unknown in the wine world but that little by little are gaining more name on the national scene.
Ponce is made with the Albilla variety from very old vines.
Appearance: Bright straw color.
Aroma: Aroma of white flowers, fine lees, dried herbs, ripe fruit, citrus, dry stone.
