Piedra Red wine

FERMENTATION: Ten days in stainless steel tank of 15,000 liters at controlled temperature (maximum 28ºC). Frequent overruns. Malolactic fermentation in deposit.

CRIANZA: Twelve months in barrel: 75% French oak and 25% American oak

STABILIZATION: No tartaric stabilization.

FILTRATION: Very light prior to bottling

Attractive cherry red color, intense, clean and bright, with garnet sparkles on the edge. Nose marked by its complexity with abundant presence of ripe red fruits on an elegant spicy and toasted background.

Friendly step in the mouth, tasty, unctuous, where fruit notes come back out. Structured wine, with noble tannins, with a long and aromatic finish.

Accompany tapas, red meats and game stews.
