Deep, dark Cherry wine. Deep Purple-medium-high robe. Good tears. Marked and elegant varietal character. Much fruit red and black mature, very mature accompanied by intense and aromatic floral notes. When opened, it becomes more complex appearing a striking minerality and soft and elegant roasted and smoked. Light background that remind us of bushes, undergrowth. A wine of el Bierzo expressive, very tasty. Good attack, wide, with a long run cool, velvety, intense. Lots of fruit and many flower tinged with gourmet spicy notes. Polished tannins and good acidity. Good finish with one persistence more than correct and very nice.
A wine that seduces us.
