Brown very dark, viscous, reminiscent of ripe fruit, dried figs and toasted coffee grains. Very sweet, velvety and soft in the mouth, with a finish exceptionally long.

Ideal on vanilla ice cream, with chocolate and strong blue cheeses such as Cabrales, also as a digestive.
