Pazo San Mauro White wine

Pazo San Mauro is a 100% Albariño wine, it is the expression of a vineyard of unparalleled beauty rooted in the history of a manor house that dates back to the 16th century.

The vineyards of the Pazo de San Mauro extend on the 30-hectare estate on boulder terraces and granite subsoil descending to the banks of the Miño River. The soil, sandy on the banks of the Miño and boulder on the slopes and high areas, allows the optimal cultivation of this native variety.

Straw-gold yellow, rather pale. Aroma of good intensity, with fine herbaceous, balsamic and white fruit notes (pear, apple), with a slightly aniseed background. In the mouth, it shows a medium structure, repeating the memories of fresh grass and apple, with excellent acidity and vivacity and a remarkably persistent finish.
