Pata Negra Red wine

This Pata Negra Reserva is obtained from selected grapes. It is fermented at a controlled temperature of around 25 - 30 ° C, having a maceration with the skins around twenty days, to achieve the structure and color of a wine whose destination is a five-year guard. After malolactic fermentation, it is taken to American and French oak barrels where it remains for twelve months. After this time, it is packaged and bottle-aged.

This Pata Negra Reserva is a wine with a high layer, with burgundy tones and tile nuances. Interesting on the nose, you can see intense notes of wood very well combined within spicy nuances. From a powerful and velvety mouthfeel, it gives way to a pleasant warmth and ends in a long aftertaste.
