Pago de los Capellanes A Dream in the Heights is born in the southern highlands of the Ribera del Duero. A wine is born with the freshness and energy of the altitude.

Old vines, reddish soils and ancient geology define this unique landscape. From Fuentenebro, Pardilla and Honrubia de la Cuesta, tradition and respect give rise to a wine of finesse and mineral character: A Dream in the Heights, the purest expression of this unique territory. Aged for one year and bottled without clarification or stabilisation. Natural sediment as a seal of purity and evolution in the bottle for up to 15 years.

Colour: Cherry red with marked ruby tones.

Nose: Intense aromas of acid red fruits, and black in the background, with nuances of aromatic herbs and menthols typical of the surrounding vegetation.

Mouth: Wide and very fresh, long mouthfeel with mineral and menthol notes, very lively polished tannins.

Finish: Vibrant, full of energy and subtle aromas of great complexity.
