Oloroso VORS 1

Oloroso VORS 1 730 is the result of years of aging in American oak boots. Powerful in the nose and complex and deep in the mouth, it meets the highest expectations of those who try it and has the unmistakable stamp of Jerez from the Álvaro Domecq wineries.

Colour: Dark brown and bright appearance.

Nose: It has a great intensity with aromas of nuts and deep notes of wood and vanilla.

Mouth: It is very intense, warm and velvety, with notes of nuts, vanilla, wood and, at the end, notes of licorice. Great persistence in the mouth.

Pair with cured cheeses, game dishes such as partridge stew or Iberian cheek. It also goes perfectly with other meats such as bulltail and fish (bluefin tuna loin).
