Nora da Neve White wine
Nora da Neve comes from grapes selected and marked by the terroir. These are plots poor in organic matter, with a granitic base and soil formed by pebbles, this atypical formation in the area allows a better ripening of the grapes to make this delicate and complex wine that combines the autochthonous and the innovative.
Aged for 6 months in barrels.
It is bright, golden yellow in color due to its ageing. High aromatic intensity as well as the quality of its aromas. It is reminiscent of the aromas of ripe stone fruit, white flowers such as chamomile, and warmer aromas such as bay leaf, toffee and toast. On the palate, it is ample and silky, with a long journey that allows us to define all its complexity and structure.
Perfect pairing with white fish, especially baked and fatty fish. It pairs very well with lamprey and with meats with mild sauces. Exquisite with cooked or grilled seafood, smoked or medium or long cured cheese.
