Do Ferreiro Dous Ferrados White wine

Soil: Sandy soil with granite mother rock.

In the vineyard: The vast majority is trellised, with a pruning in Cazenave-Marcón with different types of driving.

In the cellar: Destemming, cold film maceration, pressing, alcoholic fermentation with a base of tub selected from the start in French oak barrels of 500 L. with vaporized wood, fine work and the wine passes a total 8 months in wood.

COLOR: Golden yellow, pale and bright.

AROMA: Mineral, white flower and ripe fruit.

TASTE: marked acidity that expresses youthfulness, saltiness, silky and voluminous palate with a long mouth finish and reminiscent of white pepper in retronasal.
