Milú Red wine

Milú is a red wine with a Ribera de Duero designation of origin and made 100% with Tempranillo grapes.

Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel (70%), open oak barrels (15%), 3,000 and 4,000 litre oak vats (15%) with indigenous yeasts at 25ºC temperature. Malolactic fermentation in used oak barrels. Aged for 5 months in used 225, 400 and 500 litre barrels. Not filtered, not clarified and not stabilized.

A fresh, light, fruity and easy-to-drink wine.
