Mil Ríos Mencía Red wine

Mil Ríos Mencía is a red wine with DO Valdeorras. It's complex, structured, and balanced.

Clean and bright, with a good layer, it has an attractive cherry color with a ruby rim. The varietal character, with a background of ripe red fruits and balsamic nuances, is compounded by the contribution of ageing in tanks and bottles, with elegant spicy and mineral notes and slight hints of chocolate. It is intense, expressive and mature. On the palate it is silky and elegant. It has a pleasant acidity, perfectly balanced with ripe and soft tannins, with a good passage through the mouth, it is fleshy and complex, with a long and persistent finish.

Meats that are not too fatty and do not have too many sauces.
