Merayo Mencía Red wine

Merayo Mencía is made in vineyards on hillsides, with vases over 60 years old and trellis vines 20 years old on average. Clay soil with boulder on the surface. Elaboration: Maceration and alcoholic fermentation for 10 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged in its fine lees for a period of 6 months. Final stabilization and bottling.

Violet red, very bright and clean. Good intensity on the nose, very fresh and with a predominance of the varietal notes of berries and florals (violet). Powerful and sweet in the mouth. It is spacious, fresh and unctuous. The tannin is ripe and round. The notes of red fruit and ripe fruit, floral and spicy notes appear again. Good ride and persistence.
