Color: Pale straw yellow.

Nose: Of great aromatic intensity. The aromas of grapefruit, ripe lemon, lychee, yellow apple and stone fruit stand out.

Mouth: Bulky entrance with very good acidity. White flowers, freshly cut grass, fennel and slightly bitter.
