Matarromera Verdejo fermented in barrels is a wine with magnificent ageing potential, since it is aged in French oak barrels, adjusted and measured for the greatest expression of the vineyards.

Matarromera Verdejo Fermented in Barrel is made with grapes from a specific area of our Finca de Las Piedras in Valdestillas, where the maturity and age of the vineyard already allows to obtain a perfect and homogeneous production in poor sandy soils in the vicinity of the Comarca de Pinares. The proximity of these pine forests and the sand of the soil guarantee the freshness of an exclusive grape for this Matarromera.

VISUAL: You can see a pale golden yellow color with lemon reflections, clean and very bright.

NOSE: Aromas of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and mango, or others such as peach or apricot, on notes of herbs, anise and white flowers.

MOUTH: You can appreciate a wine with deep and tasty, but, on the other hand, it is fresh and, at the same time, unctuous.

Matarromera Verdejo Fermented in Barrel is a very versatile wine, ideal to combine with cheeses, sausages, nuts, seafood and white fish. But don't forget to try it with meat too.
