Mataperezosa Vino ecológico

Mataperezosa is obtained from old vineyards located in the northern wasteland of the Jamuz Valley.They are very poor soils, mainly silty-sandy, accompanied by conglomerates of quartzite and fragments of quartz and slate.It is the area of greatest thermal contrast due to exposure to the cold air currents of Mount Teleno and the high insolation.The average age of the vineyards is 90 years.The vines of white varieties are planted between the reds.We select Doña Blanca, Palomino and Godello grapes plant by plant

Colour: Sparkling Gold.

Nose: Aroma of white fruit, citrus and anise.

Mouth: Oily and long, with hints of jasmine and nuts. Saline and very complex in the mouth.
