Letargo Red wine

85% Tempranillo, 10% Garnacha and 5% Graciano aged for 12 months in new and used 225 l barrels, made from French oak (70%) and American oak (30%).

VISTA Bright ruby red color with a high layer and little evolved. NOSE Very marked aromas of liquorice and compote fruit (dried apricots, plums and cherries) that blend with notes from its aging in the barrel (spices, vanilla and roasted) and a soft milky background. MOUTH Long and very broad wine with a marked acidity that balances it as a whole. Aftertaste of prunes and aromas of aging, vanilla and toast with a tasty, sweet and mineral finish.

Game stews and grilled meats, lamb roasts, migas, cured cheeses, nuts and Iberian sausages.
