Grapes: Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Maturation: 12 months in american oak barrel.

Ruby red color. Powerfull aroma of black fruit (currants), leather and coffee.

Better served between 16 and 18 ºC temperature.

Good for roasted meats, mushrooms, semi-cured cheeses.
