Pre-fermentation cold maceration of the skins and the juice with overpumping asked. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Rear step to French oak barrels where it makes the fermentation malolactic fermentation and ageing for 6 months.

Layer upper middle, Vermillion, bright red color, clean. Nose is frank, fruity with toasted notes well integrated, fresh and elegant. Good structure in the mouth, is friendly, silky, with well integrated acidity, long aftertaste.
