Mar de Frades Albariño 2023 - 6 Uds. White wine

Mar de Frades Albariño is a white wine with the Rías Baixas designation of origin. All the grapes are hand-selected in the cellar, a key aspect for quality. The discard was only 10%. The best quality grapes followed a cold film maceration for just over 20 hours. Following a very slow fermentation at low temperature, fresh musts were obtained with tropical notes and a good balance.

Pale yellow with greenish iridescence. On the nose there are notes of green peach and lemon zest with herbaceous and mineral touches. Very fresh in the silky step attack and with a long mouthwash with saline and eucalyptus touches so characteristic of Mar de Frades.

Beautifully accompany simple dishes of white fish, lobster and any type of seafood.
