Magnum Viore Verdejo . More than 80% comes from centuries-old vineyards grown in glass, whose harvest is carried out by hand, the rest is a young vineyard, between 20 and 40 years old, grown in trellises where the harvest is carried out by machine at night.

Cold maceration of the grapes for 10 hours, before pressing. Sludging and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and removed to keep the lees in suspension.
