Cherry colour.

Powerful and incredibly complex wine. Blend of aromas and flavors of berries, red and black, ripe, combined with balsamic notes of black licorice and notes of bitter almonds.

On the palate it is long and broad, generating a mantle of very fine grainy tannins.

White meats, roast lamb or kid in particular, sweetbreads and mushrooms, rice dishes, particularly those containing meat such as rabbit paellas, rice black pudding and any dish seasoned with black truffle.
