Villanueva White wine

The grape for Villanueva white wine comes from vineyards located in the Condado de Tea area, characterized by its optimum point of ripeness and low acidity. Manual harvesting, partial destemming and pressing at low pressures. Static racking and alcoholic fermentation at 17°C for 15 days in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation is carried out. Rested for three months in tank and one month in bottle before being marketed.

Visual phase: Straw yellow with greenish flashes.

Olfactory phase: Startled nose. Tones of ripe citrus with notes of apple and lemon verbena.

Taste phase: On the palate it is fresh, with fruit flavors of apple and peach with a faint bitterness on the finish.

Ideal to accompany seafood, fish and soft cheeses.
