La Trucha White wine

La Trucha is a white wine made with Albariño from own vineyards of ages ranging from 25 to 40 years, located between 200 and 350 meters of altitude on the right bank of the Miño River.

The harvest is manual with selection of grapes in the vineyard. Already in the winery the grapes are destemmed before pressing and the resulting must ferments in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. After fermentation, the wine rests with its fine lees for 3 to 6 months, until the moment of bottling.

Visual phase: Straw yellow color with greenish traces, very clean and bright.

Olfactory phase: On the nose it presents an intense aroma, where the memories of fruits with flowers, peach, apricot, pineapple and jasmine are intermingled on subtle notes of light aging on lees.

Gustatory phase: Untoso, sweet, pleasant and full of harmony, with an excellent aftertaste that lasts in the memory.

Ideal with fish and seafood.
