Julián López Sauvignon Blanc White wine

Julián López Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine with a Jumilla designation of origin and made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Mechanized and nocturnal harvesting to avoid color oxidation. The grapes are pressed directly with a pneumatic press,fermenting the flowering must at a temperature between 15-17ºC and thus maintaining all the fruit aromas of the grape. At the end of the fermentation, periodic "battonages" are made with their fine lees to

cause greasiness in the wine.

Colour: Pale yellow,with greenish reflections, clean,transparent and bright.

Nose: Very aromatic with aromas of tropical fruit with floral notes.

Mouth: It is tasty and well-balanced with a hint of acidity that gives freshness in its elegant finish.
