Ihsus Sushi Wine is born from the mixture of three varieties of grapes, all of them made separately and mixed in these percentages to get the best of each of them:
30% Viura: gives it its fine color, 30% Verdejo: gives it its acidity and balance, 40% Sauvignon Blanc: gives it its wild nose
Wine made with grapes from the vineyards located on the plain of a mountain between the Douro and Adaja rivers.
Night harvest 50% of the grapes macerated between 8 and 10 hours at a temperature of 10ºC
Yellow, bright, steely and transparent color.
Clean and suggestive aromas; acacia flowers, lemon peel, grapefruit zest, freshly cut grass and stone fruit. It is as if each variety contributes its aroma.
Attacks in the mouth with amplitude and intensity. Acidity very well integrated, fresh route, well profiled and with definition. Correct permanence.
