The grapes are harvested manually and undergoes a rigorous selection process. Before bottling it, Guitián Godello white young makes the fermentation in stainless steel with autochthonous yeast vats for 2 months. After bottling, it rests still 2 months before being marketed.

Greenish yellow and rather pale, clean and bright. Aromas of good intensity with notes of Apple, pear, banana and lemon. Fresh, fruity, potent and tasty.
