Grillo Red wine

Grillo is a red wine from Somontano fermented in French oak foudres, separating by variety and plot.

Cherry red wine, deep, with a high layer and violet rim. The aromas of ripe red fruit or spices such as black pepper stand out, with notes of toast in the background typical of its time in barrels. On the palate it is a full, round wine, with soft tannins typical of a correct maturation. Its balance of alcohol and acidity stands out, which makes it a very easy to drink high-density wine. Its long and persistent finish is due to the intensity with which the aromas of fruit and toast reappear on the palate.
