Granza Verdejo Ecológico Vino ecológico

Granza Verdejo Ecológico is a young white wine, from the organic plots of Valdestillas, in the D.O. Rueda. Hand-harvested grapes of the Verdejo variety. The grapes come from the organic vineyard of Carralancha, in the municipality of Pozaldez, where traditional and artisanal cultivation is carried out based on the norm of sustainable, organic cultivation and biological control.

Colour: Pale straw yellow with lemon trim.

Nose: Frank, intense and very complex aromas of tropical fruits such as kiwi, pineapple, passion fruit, etc. Elegant floral nuances of lavender and fennel, with a citrus background of grapefruit.

Mouth: Excellent wine with a balance between a measured acidity and a structure that again suggests citrus aromas and tropical fruits. Long, voluminous and very fresh finish.

Granza Verdejo is a very versatile wine, ideal for pairing with stew with potatoes, fish, seafood and vegetables. And a wine of these characteristics makes a good pair with cheese.
