Gran Torelló Nature Cava

Gran Torelló Brut Nature 2011 is one of the sparkling references of the Torelló house. Again, the protagonist in the elaboration is the best of the assemblages of an exceptional selection of grapes of the xarel·lo, macabeo and parellada varieties, which come from the Can Martí family farm and are grown on clay and calcareous soils and under a typically Mediterranean climate. The more than 84 months of aging in the bottle makes us talk about one of the jewels in the crown, a fantastic sparkling wine with a small bubble and very fine to taste, with a freshness that stands out due to its magnificent acidity.

Straw yellow color with golden reflections, clean and transparent, with fine and constant bubble.

On the nose it is clean, elegant, of subtle complexity with hints of ripe white fruit, lemon blossom, elderflower and honey flower. To this is added a few touches of nuts, cream and toasted.

In the mouth fresh sensations thanks to the well-integrated acidity, leading to a delicate finish of white flowers, with touches of brioche and white fruit.
