Finca Sandoval Aurora Blanco White wine

Finca Sandoval Aurora Blanco is the first white wine with the native Albilla Manchega grape and other varieties that are co-planted with old vine bobales. We carry out direct pressing, fermentation and aging in French oak barrels and clay jars.

It is a fresh, sapid wine with character. It has hints of ripe fruit thanks to the wood contribution of the foudre. It is a Mediterranean wine with a saline sensation on the finish.
