Eresma Godello Sobre Lías White wine

Eresma is a white wine made exclusively with one of the Godello varieties harvested overnight. In the creation of this Eresma Godello, the care of the grapes has been prioritized from the initial cold maceration to its aging on its own dyne lees, resulting in a sweet wine, with an excellent sensation of freshness in the mouth, aromas of tropical fruit and delicate spicy touches.

The wine has an intense straw yellow colour and steely lemon reflections. On the nose it is complex and intense with mineral and balsamic notes, aromas of white flowers, peach, green apple and cantaloupe to which a citrus background is added. On the palate it is tasty, with great structure, persistent and long.
