Enate Red wine
Enate Reserva is a red wine made with grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety. By combining ancestral techniques with the most avant-garde, it is possible to produce a Reserva that, in addition to being a balanced wine, has great potential for ageing in the bottle.
Very covered garnet color.
On the nose, the wine displays a wide and complex aromatic range: wild aromas (blackberry, currant) and compote, as well as balsamic (mint) with a subtle spicy background (vanilla, pepper, bay leaf).
With a structured palate, the palate is upholstered with high quality tannins. Long finish, reminiscent of toasted and blond tobacco. Wine with great potential for ageing in the bottle.
Accompany tasty dishes such as grilled robellones with mashed parsley and garlic, or beans with fine clams and cuttlefish, as well as red meats, stews or cured cheeses.
