Carramimbre Red wine

Carramimbre Roble, red wine with 3 months in barrel, made in the region of Ribera del Duero with the varieties Tempranillo 90% and Cabernet Sauvignon 10%.

The land, the care and its delicate elaboration, have resulted in a balanced wine with well-defined aromas.

Color: Cherry red with cherry tones, in thin layer violet predominate.

Nose: Very intense aromas of spices (cinnamon, mint, mint) with hints of vanilla, mixed still with tones of ripe, clean and complex fruit.

Mouth: The entrance is strong, where the tannins are noticed to later leave a good step in the mouth. Broad, balanced, in the retronasal those spicy and red fruit notes reappear. A lot of persistence.

A wine to enjoy with tapas, pasta, rice dishes or as an aperitif.
