Cherry colour with Garnet edge, clean mirror, high layer and tear short that no ink Cup.

Nose very intense at the beginning reduction, gradually appear ripe fruits, the balsamic, ores, leather and a background of noble wood step by mouth as befits this vintage, very warm, with fruits of the forest and a very balsamic background. It is very fruity, but with a mineral foundation that makes you have a marked personality. Medium aftertaste.

Combines perfectly with meats of hunting and of pen, stews, soups, meat with complex sauces, roasts of meat in the oven.
