El Valiente de Valdaya Red wine

The Valiente de Valdaya comes from two farms located in the terms of Gumiel de Mercado and Baños de Valdearados (Burgos), and with a vineyard age between 30 and 50 years.Both plots have a deep clayey soil, which allows moisture to be retained in the soil even in dry periods.In addition, the farms are oriented to the northwest and at an altitude of 850 to 900 meters, which allows to obtain an elegant wine, with freshness and acidity, medium and very fruity concentration.Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Ruby red colour.

Nose: Fruity wine but maintaining the essence of Bodegas Valdaya, with floral souvenirs, such as violet, and balsamic.

Mouth: It is velvety, with round tannin and freshness. It maintains the classic elegant character of the winery, but opting for a more fruity and lively profile.

White fish and rice. Bird stew.
