El Hombre Bala Magnum Red wine

El Hombre Bala Magnum is a red wine made with Garnacha and Cariñena grapes, with the Vinos de Madrid designation of origin. Aged for 14 months in French oak vats and barrels, finishing its aging for 6 months in the bottle.

Bright ruby colour, medium intensity and reddish reflections. On the nose it is complex, with juicy red and forest fruit, a floral point of violets, refreshing balsamic notes, and slight sweet memories of vanilla, caramel and custard. The mouth has an intense entry and is very refreshing, with good acidity and a few points of fresh grass. The tannins glide the wine all over the palate, intense and with a very aromatic red fruit finish.

Ideal to accompany grilled meats, baked suckling pig, lasagna

and any kind of pasta with meat.
