El Grifo Malvasia Colección Semidulce White wine

The Grifo Malvasia Colección Semidulce maintains the same selection and production criteria as the Malvasia Seco Colección wine, although with grapes of a higher potential degree. Fermentation is interrupted when the residual sugars reach approximately 18 g\/l., clarifying and filtering the wine immediately.

Colour: Pale yellow with greenish and steely edges. Clean and bright.

Aroma: Intense varietal. Quince and ripe fruits.

Mouth: Friendly, smooth mid-palate. Balance between acidity and sweetness.

Seafood, fish in sauce and baked, semi-cured cheeses and desserts.
