El Gos Red wine

Aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.

Of intense and very bright violet color. Aroma of fresh strawberries and forest fruits ripe, herbaceous notes (leaves of you) and chocolate. Mouth is dominated by red and black fruit with mineral notes and structure.

Soft, fresh and ripe tannin. Came from long-haul on the palate, good evolution aromatic and flavor in Cup.

Birds, red meats, cured cheese, dark chocolate.
