The grapes of the native Treixadura come from vineyards located in the valleys of the Avía, the Miño and the Arnoia. The climate is Atlantic, with marked seasons, rains in winter and spring. Summers and autumns are drier.

The soils are made of decomposed granite, in the area known as \"sábrego\", with minerals such as mica, feldspar and quartz.

The harvest is carried out manually, after selecting the bunches in the vineyard, in small boxes of about 10 kilos. The grapes are kept cold for one day upon arrival at the winery. After this time, a settling is carried out.

Aged for 29 months in barrels.

Ruby red color, clean and bright.

On the nose it is very deep, wild flowers, exotic ripe fruits, spices and smoky.

On the palate it has a lot of volume, it fills you up, when it passes you notice that the tannins are still to be polished. It's long in the end.

Red meats and big game such as roasts, suckling pig, oxtail and meats in sauces
