Dominio del Pidio Tinto Magnum Red wine

Dominio del Pidio Tinto is a red wine made with Tinto Fino and Albillo Mayor from old vineyards, with the utmost respect for the fruit and the land. Mature character of the grape, mainly black, but with flashes of red, blackberry, cherry, blueberry and licorice, characteristic of the variety.

The use of the whole cluster in a small proportion suggests mentholates and balsamics. Black pepper evokes time in barrels, for 16 months. On the palate, it combines the fresh entrance, through the sand of part of the vineyard floor, with a persistent sensation throughout the palate, through the clayey part. On the palate, it has a pleasant texture, reflecting the care of the fruit throughout the production process.

In the aftertaste, the fruity sensation and the well-integrated acidity, due to the height at which the vines are located, make the finish longer and more complex.

Harmony with grilled red meat dishes and traditional stews with a spicy character.
