Do Ferreiro Adina White wine

Soil: Red slate floor. It is a beta that arises from Porto passing between Cíes and Ons islands. The farms are located in the area of Adina.

In the vineyard: The vast majority is trellised, with a pruning in Cazenave-Marcón with different types of driving.

In the winery: Destemming, cold film maceration, pressing, alcoholic fermentation with selected vat foot, fine lee work and steel tanks.

COLOR: Straw yellow, pale and bright.

AROMA: Powerful nose entry, phosphorus, ripe citrus fruit and marked minerality.

TASTE: Live acidity, good palate center, saline, iodized and with a long end of mouth.
