Dehesa La Granja Red wine

It cherry red very intense, almost opaque, meniscus Garnet. Aromas of good intensity with very mature in the foreground red and black fruits, which give way to a background of quality very well integrated wood. In the mouth it shows a remarkable structure, good acidity, some tannic yet to Polish edges, is sweet, with hints of fruit and wood again very present, a point an alcoholic and remarkably persistent.

Rice meat, roast pork, Civet, small game, aged cheeses.
