Curii Trepadell is a remarkable white wine from the 2023 vintage, crafted by Curii Uvas y Vinos. This wine is sourced from 60-year-old vineyards nestled in chalky white soils, reminiscent of those found in Jerez, and benefiting from the Mediterranean sea's gentle influence, visible from the vineyard itself. The production process involves de-stemming, crushing, and direct pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation and aging on lees in old 250-liter American oak barrels, without battonage.
