Cultivare Blanco White wine

Cultivare Blanco is a white wine made in the DO Penedès. At 286 meters above sea level, this xarel·lo grows with the vigor of a variety that feels at home. In its natural environment, on its land, in its climate... The vineyard is located in Vilafranca del Penedès, under the mountain of Sant Jaume, was planted in 1969 and is grown in glass with ecological practices.

Colour: Straw yellow with golden and greenish flashes, with great clarity and brightness.

Nose: Intense notes of ripe fruits such as peach and apricot, with a hint of lemon. The wood brings subtle notes of vanilla and cedar, and over time, the wood manifests more, while the fruit continues to predominate.

Mouth: Refreshing acidity with citrus and spring stone fruits. The body is substantial, with excellent balance and a long finish. The wood unfolds at the end along with saline hues and raw almond.

This gastronomic wine is ideal to accompany dishes such as turbot, fricandó with mushrooms, and mute duck with raisins and pine nuts, as well as oysters and red prawns.
