Cuatro Pasos Mencía Red wine

Cuatro Pasos Mencía was inspired by four bear tracks discovered in a magnificent vineyard in the highest areas of Bierzo. Four firm steps that are essential to achieve excellence: soil selection, vine care, ideal climate and careful preparation. Four places: Otero, Hornija, Corullón and Valtuille form four geographical references that define the character of its people and the peculiar way of cultivating its vineyards. This is how Cuatro Pasos, 100% Mencía was born, made from grapes selected from strains, most of them over 80 years old, from slate soils located in high areas of the Bierzo region.

Cherry red with marked violet reflections. In the nose, it has a medium-high intensity. Varietal aromas of red fruits with toasted memories of wood. An elegant, tasty, very pleasant and balanced wine on the palate. It has a very fruity finish.
