Cruz de Alba Vino ecológico

Cruz de Alba Roble is an organic and biodynamic red wine. The winemaking process began with a selection of bunches that were transferred to stainless steel tanks to ferment at a low temperature (24.5°C), with the aim of preserving the floral character and primary aromas of Tempranillo and avoiding over-extraction. The aging was carried out for 6 months in 225 l French oak barrels before moving on to bottling. The result is a fresh, light and subtle wine.

Cruz de Alba Roble converge a respectful viticulture, an artisanal and committed elaboration and the search for the purest expression of the terroir in which it is born.
