Contino Blanco White wine
Contino Blanco is made with grapes of the viura variety and white Grenache. The proximity of the vineyard to the winery allows the bunches to arrive in perfect condition. Whole clusters are destemmed and incubated in a stainless steel tank. Where the versatility of steel makes it easy to achieve film maceration for a few hours. After this time, it is bled and pressed, to give way to alcoholic fermentation that lasts for 20 days.
At the end, 30% is transferred to a concrete deposit and the other 70% to new and second-use barrels, of different cooperages and capacities, playing with volumes of 500 liters and 400 liters, where it remains for 10 months.
Very intense nose, marked by breeding in
wood. It is fresh and fruity, a true reflection of the identity of our vineyard.
San Gregorio offers us a White Grenache with great complexity and volume.
